Are your toys handmade?
Yes, we currently make each toy lovingly by hand in England at every stage of assembly. This ensures our toys are more sustainable and are of heirloom quality.
Where are your toys made?
We currently hand make all of our toys on a small scale in England, UK.
What materials do you use?
At little arkington we love using natural fabrics in our toys. Our animal dolls are made using a linen and cotton blend fabric as an outer material. Clothes are typically made using 100% cotton and 100% wool fabrics. All toys are stuffed with with hypoallergenic polyester stuffing. Their little faces are hand embroidered using cotton embroidery thread. Any animals that have been painted have been done so with non-toxic fabric specific paints.
Are your toys safety tested?
Yes. All of our toys have been tested to U.S. ASTM standards and comply with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) requirements for toys.
What age are your toys suitable for?
Our toys are for children aged 3 years and up.
Do you ship to my country?
At this time we only sell and ship our toys to the US.
We are unable to ship to Pennsylvania (PA), Massachusetts (MA), Ohio (OH).
What makes your toys sustainable?
Each little arkington toy is lovingly handmade on a small scale ensuring that they are of the highest heirloom quality, allowing them to be passed on from one baby to the next. Our toys are also made using safe, non-toxic natural materials such as linen, cotton and wool making them way more sustainable than plastic toys. Our toys also come in fully recyclable packaging.
What are the care instructions?
We recommend that all of our toys are hand washed. Please air dry only and do not tumble dry. Please allow toys to fully air dry before giving them back to your little one.
What is your Satisfaction Guarantee?
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you purchased your toys directly with us through our website and are unhappy with your toy for any reason, we will exchange it or give you a refund. In addition, we ensure that all of our toys are made to the highest quality but in the unlikely event that there is a fault with your toy, we will happily mend or replace it.
